No. Coaching sessions and programs must be booked separately.
Can KayLab guarantee that I will pass the NCLEX?
No. KayLab provides educational support but cannot guarantee exam results.

Physical orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary by location.
Please confirm your address before ordering. KayLab Nursing is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Refund Policy
Because digital products provide immediate access, all ebook, download, course, and membership purchases are final and nonrefundable.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions and late cancellations are nonrefundable.
Approved returns for damaged or incorrect physical products will be reviewed individually.
